Why learn New Testament Greek? Because the New Testament was not written in English. It was written in Greek, and every translation you have ever read is someone else's decision about what the Greek actually says. Paul told Timothy to be diligent to correctly handle the word of truth (2 Tim. 2:15, CSB). You cannot handle rightly what you cannot read. That is what this course is for.

This is not a class for scholars only. It is built for anyone willing to sit down and learn the alphabet, the basic grammar, and the vocabulary that opens the New Testament up in its original words. All Scripture is God-breathed and profitable (2 Tim. 3:16, CSB) — and there is something different about reading it as it was first given.
